The Dargonesti are identical to the Elves found on page 15 of the
Dungeons & Dragons Players Handbook, with the following exceptions:
- +2 Dex, -2 Str. Instead
of the standard Elf modifiers.
- Proficient with either
trident or longspear; proficient with the net. Instead of the
standard Elf weapons.
- Alter form: A Dargonesti
can transform into a dolphin three times per day, as though casting
polymorph self as a sorcerer of the same level. After transforming
into a dolphin, a Dargonesti must rest for 1d6+6 rounds, and
then suffers a -2 penalty to all rolls for 4 additional rounds.
The Form Attunement feat reduces these penalties. (see
Rules section)
When reverting to her natural form, the character must rest for
5 rounds afterwards. For 2 rounds after this adjustment period,
the Dargonesti suffers a -2 penalty to all rolls.
- +4 racial bonus to Swim
checks. Dargonesti can breathe air and water with equal ease;
however, they cannot naturally heal unless resting fully immersed
in water.

Common, Draconic, Qualinesti, Merfolk, Silvanesti.
- Favoured Class: Sorcerer.
