The Kagonesti are identical to the Elves found on page 15 of the 
Dungeons & Dragons Players Handbook, with the following exceptions:

        

          
+2 Dex, -2 Int, -2 Cha,
          instead of the standard Elf modifiers
          
Proficient with either
          warclub or warhammer; proficient with all bows (except crossbows)
          and slings. Instead of the standard Elf weapons.
          
Automatic Languages: Ancient
          Elven, Commons
          
Bonus Languages: Draconic,
          Goblin, Ogre, Qualinesti, Silvanesti, Sylvan
